Situated among mighty oaks, we worked to create connection structurally through lighting and material.  Mint green marble, negative space, and cohesive colors create perfect balance with both the owner’s love of the west coast and Midwest roots.

This condominium situated in the heart of a historic urban district on a vibrant river reflects the movement of both the water and the city life it shares space with.  From textured wall cladding to oversized industrial mirrors and striking black cabinetry, this modern space is a sophisticated yet peaceful retreat.

Contemporary design with a finely cultivated palette reflect this well appointed residence.  From our use of scored marbles to fine wall coverings and dramatic window treatments we captured the essence of a storied life rich with experience and vibrant energies.  Sculptural lighting with mixed elements creates harmony and warmth throughout.

This 1950’s home perched atop rolling hills and mature trees is rich with period elements.  This design required a level of restraint as is reminiscent  of the era.  Straight stacked tile in auburn, accented with geometric inset niche tile creates the perfect landscape for the encaustic tile complimentary in both color and line.

In this full bathroom remodel line was king. By intentionally using line to create texture and depth we were able to create a space with interest, warmth, and a sense of earthy modernism.

Modern design with coastal nods ruled the design of this open concept.  With the addition of a built out feature wall cladded in Italian porcelain large scale tile, custom designed tie rod and turnbuckle rods, updated lighting, and art create both unity and division while keeping the home clean and modern.

A new construction design that is both clean and classic.  We blended timeless details such as interior transom windows and clean lined shiplap, with modern light fixtures, bold plumbing finishes, and a variety of wood and stone species to create a home that is beautiful and functional.

Global, eclectic elements welcome guests in this home design.  With a successful mix of modern, traditional and, contemporary elements, we captured the clients’ well traveled and collected lifestyle.

Modern design emanates in this home.  Sophistication can be found in the complimentary lines and overall monochromatic color scheme throughout the interior.  Intentionally placed moments of color and texture blend together offering a high design that is as beautiful as it is tangible.

California eclectic reigns in this home update.  Bright colors, bold shapes, layered lighting in varying finishes, cosmopolitan patterns, mixed elements such as marble that enhance positive energies from space to space.

With inspiration drawn from a life well experienced, personal connection to the rich heritage and powerful energy of the Atlantic Ocean, a Midwest oasis was created.  Scale, complimenting tones and hues provide a strong foundation for the warm wood elements, dramatic fabric window treatments rich with pattern, structured and comfortable upholstery and case goods all that share the space well with the collected art of this client.

Throughout this home we were inspired by the interweaving of patterns and finish.  In the owner en-suite for example, large scale polished tile clad the shower walls with a sedimentary pattern that make a seamless connection to the counter to ceiling glass tile backsplash.  We chose a low maintenance countertop set on a painted custom vanity.  The led lit round mirror and clean lines of the pendant lights combined with the rest of the spacial elements provide a high end spa experience for the user.

A custom home with several moments of personality.   In this powder room update we wanted a moment of pattern and vibrancy,.  We achieved it through the use of a textured wall covering that offers an abstract yet structured pattern and color variation.  The custom vanity in dark green is topped with beautiful natural stone and reflective polished chrome finishes, and striking but understated artwork.
